The prices shown are where each service starts, so you can judge roughly what a detail costs. They are not a quote for your vehicle.

Size and condition move the number. A clean commuter is quick; a large SUV, a work truck, heavy pet hair, smoke or a car that has not been cleaned in a long time all take longer and cost more. We will tell you the price for your vehicle before we start, not after.

Booking is handled through Square, and you can pay a deposit or the full amount up front, with any balance due on completion. A deposit holds your slot.

If you need to move or cancel an appointment, tell us as early as you can and we will sort it out with you directly.

We are fully mobile and come to you, so we need somewhere to park next to the vehicle — your driveway, or a space in your lot — and enough room to work around the car.

You do not have to be home, as long as we can get to the vehicle. Please take valuables out before we arrive. We are careful with everything in the car, but we would rather you did not have to rely on that.

We watch the forecast. If the weather will not cooperate we will contact you to reschedule, at no charge. Interior work can sometimes still go ahead under cover, and we will let you know if that is an option.

Photographs on this site show real work we have done. Paint, leather, plastic and fabric all age differently, and results depend on what we start with. Deep scratches through the clear coat, existing dents, burns, tears, and stains that have set for a long time may improve without coming out completely.

Where we can see that in advance we will tell you before we begin, so you can decide whether the work is worth it to you.

Tell us before we leave, or as soon as you see it. We would much rather put something right than have you live with it.
