Privacy

The quote form asks for your name, your phone number, and optionally your email address, your vehicle, the service you are after, and whatever you want to tell us about the job. Anything you type reaches us as you wrote it.

The form also sends two things you did not type: which page you were on when you submitted it, and whether you ticked the box agreeing to text messages. We use the first to know which page brought the job in, and the second to know whether we are allowed to text you.

Submitting the form means you are asking us to get back to you about your request, so we will call, text or email you about that job. That is separate from the text-message box: agreeing to a reply about your quote is not agreeing to marketing messages, and we treat them as two different permissions.

If you are getting texts from us and want them to stop, reply STOP, or just tell us. It does not affect the work.

The form is submitted to WebDevAuto, the agency that built and hosts this site, and your request is passed to Brayden's Mobile Detail so we can answer it. WebDevAuto handles your details only to deliver the request and keep the site running.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.

When you book or pay a deposit, the button takes you to Square, which is a separate company. Your card details are entered on Square's page and go to Square, never to us and never through this website. What they do with that information is covered by their own privacy policy.

Some pages embed a Google map so you can see the area we cover. Google may set cookies when that map loads, in the same way it would if you opened Google Maps yourself.

We do not run analytics on this site and we do not track you across other websites. There is no advertising pixel here.

We keep quote requests for as long as we might reasonably need them — to do the work, answer a question about a past detail, or keep our own records straight. After that we delete them.

Call, text or email and ask, and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need a reason and there is no charge.

This site is for people booking a car detail. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
