Good to know
Questions, answered
Do you really come to me?+
Yes — we’re fully mobile. We bring our own water and power, so all we need is a spot in your driveway or lot. You don’t have to be home as long as we can access the vehicle.
What areas do you serve?+
Browns Mills, Pemberton, Wrightstown, Cookstown, Fort Dix, Juliustown, New Lisbon, Mount Holly, Pemberton Township and Joint Base MDL — plus the surrounding Burlington County area. Not sure if you’re in range? Just ask.
How long does a detail take?+
Most exterior details take 1–2 hours, interior 2–3 hours, and a full detail 3–4 hours depending on size and condition.
What if it rains?+
We keep an eye on the forecast and will reach out to reschedule if the weather won’t cooperate — no charge, no hassle.
How do I pay?+
Cash, card, Venmo or Zelle — whatever’s easiest for you.
How long does each service take?+
Exterior details run about 1–2 hours, interior details 2–3 hours, and a full detail 3–4 hours. Size and condition move the number — a clean commuter is quick, a work truck with pet hair takes longer.
How far ahead do I need to schedule?+
A few days’ notice usually gets you a spot that works, and we can often fit in sooner. Weekends fill up fastest, so reach out early if you want a Saturday. Need it quick? Call or text and we’ll see what we can do.
Do I need to be home for the appointment?+
No. As long as we can access the vehicle and have a place to park beside it, you’re free to be at work or running errands. Leave the keys and we’ll text you when it’s done.
What happens if it rains?+
We watch the forecast and will reach out to reschedule if the weather won’t cooperate — no charge and no hassle. Light interior-only work can sometimes still go ahead under cover; we’ll let you know.
What products do you use?+
Professional-grade, pH-balanced cleaners along with dedicated products for paint, leather, plastics and glass. We match the product to the material so nothing gets stripped, greasy or damaged.
How often should I get my car detailed?+
For most people, two to four times a year keeps a car looking great. Drivers with pets, kids or a long commute, and anyone parking outside year-round, usually benefit from going a bit more often.
Do you detail fleets or multiple vehicles?+
Yes — we work with small business fleets, work trucks and multi-car households. Tell us how many vehicles and where they’re parked and we’ll put together a schedule and a price that fits.
